§  Assisted in the development and documentation of a process for downloading and analyzing the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension’s operational criminal history database.

§  Documented and explained the scope of “Suspense File” problem in Minnesota and developed reduction plan.

§  Helped develop the CriMNet Risk Assessment and drafted the legislatively mandated Sanctions and Measures Report as well as monitored improvements.

§  Organized an Integrated Justice Information Panel for the 2000 Policy Analysis Conference that included city, county and state representatives who also crossed executive, legislative and judicial branches of government.

§  Documented, analyzed and prepared data for web publication from a variety of state data systems.

§  Responded to requests for information and provided technical assistance on a variety of local, state, and national criminal justice topics. Provided information to policy makers, local agencies, the media and the public.
§  Reviewed local grant applications and served on the Policy Subcommittee of the Advisory Task Force and Criminal and Juvenile Justice Policy Group.  

§  Coordinated the DPS/DVS chemical dependency assessor certification for reimbursement, ensured the quality of reports submitted, and provided annual summary report to counties.

§  Created a collaborative effort among statewide councils representing Native Americans, Hispanics, African American and Asian and Pacific Islanders to research culturally appropriate methods to ask about experiences and perceptions with crime and the criminal justice system.
